2. Categories of personal data

We may process identity and contact data (name, email, company), enquiry messages, technical data from your browser (IP address, device type, basic logs), cookie identifiers where permitted, and cohort participation notes needed to deliver training.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, administer cohorts, issue certificates, improve our curriculum, secure the website, and meet accounting or tax obligations. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (site security and service improvement), and consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies or marketing messages if you opt in).

4. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for disputes or regulatory requests. Cohort records may be retained for up to seven years where needed for accounting, certification verification, or warranty of instruction quality.

5. Recipients and processors

We use infrastructure and communications providers (for example, email delivery, video conferencing, and cloud storage) that process data on our instructions. Those providers may be located outside Korea; we implement appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses where required.

6. International transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the Republic of Korea, we assess the receiving country’s protections and use supplementary measures where appropriate, including encryption and access controls.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise rights; we may need to verify your identity.

8. Security measures

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including role-based access, encrypted transport where supported, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and cautious sharing of meeting links.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services target working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 without appropriate guardian consent. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us for prompt deletion.
