Last updated: 2025-11-18
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing https://wiseupapiwise.one or purchasing training services described on this site, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or submit enquiries.
2. Services described
We provide professional education cohorts, workshops, and mentoring related to software quality practices. Schedules, delivery modes, and mentor availability are described per program and may change with notice on the relevant program page.
3. Accounts, accuracy, and conduct
You agree to supply accurate contact details when requesting information. You will not attempt to disrupt sessions, scrape participant data, or misuse shared materials. We may remove participants who jeopardize cohort safety or confidentiality.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, templates, labs, and branding remain our property or our licensors’ property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal learning during and after the cohort, without redistribution, resale, or public republishing unless expressly permitted in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid cohort is limited to the fees you paid for that cohort.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Jeollabuk-do shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may grant you rights in your place of residence.
7. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or a cohort for breach of these terms, non-payment where applicable, or operational necessity (for example, instructor unavailability). Where termination is not due to your breach, we will offer reasonable remedies such as rescheduling or credit toward a future cohort where feasible.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or instructional changes. Material updates will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
