Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to tuition-style cohorts and workshops sold directly by WiseUp APIWise QA Academy and listed with KRW pricing on this website. Custom enterprise statements of work are governed by separate agreements.
2. Eligibility window
For public cohorts, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided the cohort has not yet delivered live session materials beyond the welcome pack. After the first live session, partial refunds may apply as described below.
3. Partial refunds after start
If you withdraw after the first live session but before the third live session, you may receive a 50% refund of tuition, minus any non-recoverable third-party fees we already paid on your behalf (for example, licensed software tokens explicitly bundled with your seat).
4. Non-refundable items
Certificates already issued, downloadable assets delivered outside cohort hours, and third-party licenses explicitly marked as non-refundable are excluded from refunds. Deposits for reserved private mentor blocks are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled block unless we cancel.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@wiseupapiwise.one with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason for the request. We respond within five Korean business days with a decision or a request for additional verification.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten Korean business days to the original payment method where technically possible. Card networks may add their own settlement timelines.
7. Consumer rights in Korea
Consumers in the Republic of Korea may have rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., including cooling-off rights for certain distance contracts. Where this statute conflicts with an enterprise contract, the statute governs consumer transactions. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory protections.
